SEO Magic Partner Program – Registration

Thank you for your interest in promoting SEO Magic.
We value long-term, professional partnerships and want our affiliates, creators and agencies to be rewarded fairly for the trust they place in our plugin.

This page explains how the program works, who it is for, and the financial conditions you agree to by registering.

Who the program is for

The SEO Magic Partner Program is designed for:

  • YouTube creators who publish WordPress, SEO, blogging or niche site tutorials.

  • Bloggers and content creators who review tools and plugins.

  • Agencies and freelancers who manage multiple WordPress sites for clients.

  • SEO professionals who want to recommend tools they actually use.

If you regularly create content, tutorials or reviews around WordPress, SEO or digital marketing, this program is for you.

Lifetime licenses for reviewers & partners

As an indie developer, I strongly believe that nobody should “promote blindly”.

For that reason:

  • Selected partners (such as YouTube reviewers or beta testers) may receive a free Lifetime PRO license for their own site.

  • Lifetime licenses include all future plugin updates for that site.

  • Priority support is included for the first 6 months from activation.
    After that, users can still receive updates and use the plugin normally; additional support may be limited or offered separately.

If you’re a content creator applying as a reviewer, you can mention this in your application so we can evaluate if a lifetime license is a good fit.

How the Affiliate Program works

Once your application is approved:

  1. You will get access to a private affiliate dashboard.

  2. Inside the dashboard you’ll find your unique referral link.

  3. You can use this link in YouTube descriptions, blog posts, newsletters, social media, reviews or recommended tools pages.

  4. Our system automatically tracks visitors who arrive using your link.

  5. When one of those visitors completes a purchase, a commission is instantly credited to your account.

You can log in at any time to see clicks, conversions and pending commissions.

Program Terms & Financial Conditions

To keep the program sustainable and fair for everyone, all affiliates agree to the following:

Cookie Duration (30 Days)
We offer a 30-day tracking window.
If a user clicks your referral link and purchases within 30 days, the commission is credited to you — even if they return to the site directly later.

Commission Rate (15%)
You earn a 15% commission on every successful sale generated through your unique referral link.

This applies to all eligible purchases made by customers you refer, as long as they are tracked correctly by the system.

Minimum Payout Threshold ($100 USD)
To minimize international transaction fees and administrative costs:

  • Payouts are processed only when your accumulated earnings reach at least $100 USD.

  • If your balance is below this amount at the end of the month, it simply rolls over to the next month until the threshold is met.

Payment Method: PayPal only
All commissions are paid exclusively via PayPal.
We do not offer bank transfers or alternative payment methods at this time.

You must provide a valid PayPal email address in the “Payment Email” field when registering or updating your profile.
Missing or incorrect information may cause delays in payment.

Payout Schedule
Payouts are processed once per month, within the first 10 business days, for all accounts that:

  • Have reached the $100 USD minimum threshold, and

  • Do not have pending issues (such as chargebacks, fraud, or policy violations).

Promotion guidelines

To keep the ecosystem healthy for everyone:

  • You may present SEO Magic honestly in your own words.

  • You must not promise features or results that the plugin does not provide.

  • Fake reviews, misleading claims or spammy promotion methods are not allowed and may result in removal from the program.

We prefer long-term, transparent relationships over aggressive or deceptive tactics.

Acceptance of terms

By completing the registration form below, you acknowledge that:

  • You have read and understood the information on this page.

  • You agree to the commission structure, payment method and payout schedule.

  • You accept that terms may be adjusted in the future to improve the program’s sustainability (any important changes will be communicated).
