Terms and Conditions for SEO Magic

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms of Service”) carefully before purchasing or using the SEO Magic PRO WordPress plugin (the “Plugin”) or using our website seomagic.click (the “Site”).

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, customers, and affiliates who access or use the Service.

By purchasing, downloading, using the Plugin, or registering as an Affiliate, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

1. License

When you purchase a SEO Magic PRO license, you are purchasing a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Plugin on your WordPress website(s) in accordance with the terms of your purchased plan (e.g., “Personal” for 1 site, “Agency” for 10 sites).

Your SEO Magic PRO license covers access to the Plugin software, updates and support only. It does not include or resell any AI usage credits or API quotas from third-party providers (such as Google Gemini or other AI services).

  • License Term: All PRO licenses are sold as an annual subscription. Your license key is valid for one year from the date of purchase.
  • Updates and Support: A valid and active license key is required to receive automatic updates and access to technical support for the PRO plugin.
  • Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew each year unless you cancel your subscription from your “My Account” page on our Site prior to the renewal date.
  • License Abuse: We reserve the right to terminate any license key that is found to be used in violation of these Terms (e.g., sharing the key publicly, using it on more sites than permitted by the license).

2. Payments

All payments are handled through our e-commerce platform (WooCommerce) and our third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). By providing your payment information, you represent that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment instrument.

You agree to pay all fees associated with your purchase on a recurring annual basis until you cancel your subscription.

3. Refund Policy (7-Day Guarantee)

We stand behind our product. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all new purchases of a PRO license. If you are unsatisfied with the Plugin for any reason within 7 days of your original purchase, you may request a full refund.

No refunds will be granted after 7 days from the initial purchase date. By purchasing the Plugin, you agree to this refund policy.

4. Support

We provide technical support for the SEO Magic PRO plugin to customers with a valid and active license key. Support is limited to:

  • Help with installing, configuring, and using the Plugin.
  • Fixing bugs or issues directly caused by the Plugin.

Support does not include:

  • General WordPress support or troubleshooting.
  • Customizing the Plugin beyond its intended features.
  • Resolving conflicts with third-party themes or plugins.
  • Providing general SEO advice or content writing services.

5. Affiliate Partner Program

If you register for our Affiliate Program (“Partner Program”), the following additional terms apply:

  • Commissions: You will earn a 15% commission on every successful sale generated through your unique referral link. Commissions are calculated based on the net sale amount.
  • Tracking & Cookies: We offer a 30-day cookie tracking window. If a user clicks your link and purchases within 30 days, the sale is attributed to you.
  • Payout Threshold: Payouts are processed only when your accumulated earnings reach a minimum of $100 USD. Balances below this amount will roll over to the next month.
  • Payment Method: All affiliate payouts are processed exclusively via PayPal. You are responsible for providing a valid PayPal email address in your affiliate dashboard.
  • Refund Deductions: If a customer referred by you requests a refund (within our 7-day policy), the corresponding commission will be deducted from your affiliate balance.
  • Prohibited Activities: Self-referrals (using your own affiliate link to purchase a license for yourself) are strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate termination of your affiliate account and forfeiture of commissions. We also prohibit bidding on “SEO Magic” branded keywords in paid advertising (Google Ads, etc.).

6. Third-Party Dependencies (AI & Google APIs)

    The core functionality of SEO Magic (both Free and PRO) depends on external services provided by third parties, primarily Google, including (but not limited to) the Google Gemini API.

    API Keys and Provider Accounts:
    You must provide your own API keys and maintain your own accounts with any third-party services used by the Plugin (such as Google Gemini, Google Search Console, PageSpeed Insights, Safe Browsing, or Google Search APIs). Your SEO Magic PRO license does not include, bundle, or resell any AI usage credits or API quotas from these providers.

    Quotas, Free Tiers and Billing:
    Your use of the Plugin is subject to each provider’s own terms of service, API limits, free-tier quotas and billing rules. These limits and conditions are set and managed exclusively by the provider and may change at any time. SEO Magic does not control and cannot guarantee:

    • The availability or performance of any third-party API.
    • Any specific number of free daily requests or free usage.
    • That a free tier will remain available or sufficient for your needs.

    You are solely responsible for monitoring your API usage, enabling billing where necessary, and paying any charges incurred with your third-party providers.

    Service Changes and Downtime:
    We are not responsible for any downtime, quota exhaustion, changes in limits, deprecations, or other service changes made by Google or other providers. In such cases, some or all features of the Plugin may stop working or be degraded until you adjust your provider configuration (for example, by changing models, enabling billing, or updating API keys).

    SEO Magic is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google or any other third-party provider. We provide tools to interact with their APIs, but we do not control them. The same applies to all Google APIs used by PRO features, including (but not limited to) the Google Gemini API (for AI generation), the Google Search Console API (for Backlink Audit), the Google PageSpeed Insights API (for Site Health), the Google Safe Browsing API (for toxicity analysis), and the Google Search/Custom Search APIs (for the Link Assistant).

    7. Warranty Disclaimer

    The Plugin is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Plugin will be error-free, that it will work with all themes and plugins, or that it will meet your specific requirements.

    8. Limitation of Liability

    In no event shall SEO Magic (or its owners) be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Plugin, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

    9. Changes to These Terms

    We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days’ notice of any significant changes by posting on our Site or notifying you by email.
