Please note that your SEO Magic PRO license covers access to the plugin, updates and support only. It does not include or resell any AI usage credits or API quotas from third-party providers (such as Google Gemini or other AI services).
API Dependencies: The SEO Magic plugin relies on third-party APIs to function (such as the Google Gemini API, Google PageSpeed Insights, and Google Search Console). We cannot process refunds based on downtime, changes in free-tier limits or quotas, new billing requirements, pricing changes, or any other policy or performance changes of these third-party services that are outside of our control.

If you are unsatisfied with the plugin for any reason, simply contact us within 7 days of your original purchase, and we will process a full refund.

How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please send an email to [email protected] with the subject line “Refund Request”.
To speed up the process, please include:
- The email address you used for the purchase.
- Your order number or license key.
We will process your request as soon as possible (usually within 1-2 business days). Once processed, the refund may take 5-10 business days to appear on your credit card statement.
Refund Conditions
- After 7 Days: No refunds will be granted after 7 days from the original purchase date. By purchasing the plugin, you agree to this policy.
- Subscription Renewals: This 7-day guarantee applies only to new purchases. We do not offer refunds on subscription renewal payments. (You can cancel your subscription at any time from your “My Account” page before the renewal is processed).
- API Dependencies: The SEO Magic plugin relies on third-party APIs to function (such as the Google Gemini API, Google PageSpeed Insights, and Google Search Console) . We cannot process refunds based on the downtime, policy changes, or performance of these third-party services that are outside of our control.
What Happens After a Refund?
Once your refund is processed:
- Your PRO license key will be deactivated.
- You will no longer receive automatic updates or access to PRO support.
- You can continue to use the free version of the plugin, but all PRO features will stop working.
